To access MailCall's
"Reply to an e-mail" feature, you will choose (3)
on your phone keypad. MailCall
then allows you to reply to an e-mail with two options:
1.
Reply
with your natural speaking voice
If the user replies with their voice, their response
is sent as an audio file.

Audio Example:
"Hi Ron.
This is Mike I just got your message in the
car. I will review the proposal as soon as I
am back in the office. Talk to you later."
2.
Up to 4 pre-programmed text replies
Reply to
an e-mail saying "Yes"
Reply to an e-mail saying
"No"
Reply to an e-mail saying "You have
received the message
and will get back with the person soon."
Touch
tone in a return call back number so
the person to
whom you are responding knows how to reach
you.
Forward
this message to someone in your address
book
