We do not share our customers' personal information with any third party, unless doing so is appropriate
to administer our business or required by law. For example, we may use affiliated companies or outside
service providers to mail account statements. Any such service providers will have access to personal
information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law.
In addition, we may release this information when we are required to do so by law, court order or

In the event of a sale or merger involving our business, any personal information then held by us would be held by the successor.

Security of Our Email Retrieval Service
|
| Using a combination of secure voice servers, encryption,
firewall technology and other security measures, we strive to ensure that emails retrieved
using our service are heard only by the user or those to whom the user provides his or her
login information.
Because we are often asked how secure MailCall® service is, we provide the following security overview:
| 1. |
Mailcall®'s
service is an Alternate Client for retrieving
e-mails through IMAP4 or POP3 mail servers. This
means that the method by which Mailcall accesses
emails is as secure as any other IMAP4 or POP3
client. |
| 2. |
Mailcall® will support
Secure POP3 or IMAP4 over SSL. |
| 3. |
Mailcall® never stores
the e-mails being retrieved through the service.
E-mails are converted to speech as they are read
from the user’s existing e-mail box. |
| 4. |
Mailcall® personnel
do not see or read the user's e-mail. Mailcall®'s
email retrieval service is fully automated, with
the only interaction being from computer to telephone.
|
| 5. |
Access to the Mailcall®
service is by telephone only, utilizing a user-selected
ten (10) digit Customer Identification Number and
a four (4) to eight (8) digit Personal Identification
number. |
| 6. |
Only a limited group
of Mailcall® personnel have access to these Customer
Identification Numbers and Personal Identification
Numbers. |
| 7. |
The servers used to
run the Mailcall® service are protected by Biometric
Scanners in a hardened facility. |
